Meeting called to order at 3:45pm.

Official Title of Organization:  Saginaires Alumni Association

Purpose:
  - Financial/Social outlet for alumni
	Annual Picnic at Ypsilanti show
  - Volunteer Base for Northern Aurora
  - Assistance in NA recruitment

Also:
  - Discount Ticket for Saginaw Show, "Drums Across the Valley"
	possibly involving a stratified membership, basic vs. paying
  - Reconstruction of Community Band
  - Reconstruction of Saginaires Eagles
  - Creation of Senior Corps (later possibility)

Goals:
  - Set up Scholarship Fund
	Richard Jensen Scholarship Fund still active?
  - Build Financial Base for NA & SAA via Alumni
  - Equipment donations/endowment with SAA funds
  - Build Alumni base/connections

Actions to be Taken:
  * Organize meeting with Joe Kuerzi and Bob Waskoviak
  - Determine if Board of Directors is still active.  If so, any openings?
  - Formulate newsletter for alumni, possibly for members (with permission)

Meeting with Joe Kuerzi and Bob Waskoviak -- proposals from SAA to SYO:
  - Volunteering
  - Moderate Financial Support
  - Exchange Ideas/Brainstorm
  - Restore SYO to full strength

Individual Responsibilities:

Paul:  occupied with new house for next few weeks -- online by next week
Dan:   contact Joe Kuerzi & Bob Waskoviak regarding meeting
Diana: post minutes on web
       complete alumni database
